ar rong sus night! i'm backkkkkk!!
Checked my GPA, 2.82. Not so bad considering the fact that i've skipped quite alot and my UTs sucked like nobody's business.
And then about my service learning trip to Cambodia.
Words cannot express how much i miss the times i had in Cambodia. It was an eye-opener. How lucky we are to be able to live in Singapore. We take a hell lot of things for granted.
Learnt a khmer song called holiday
Holiday, holiday
tear-tengai-ter bon
put-year-pro-chomp-kernear mon
ter-leh-bon
chill holiday
mean srai
mean pronz
lar-dong-hai-ta-mo-te leh
srei na lar or chingay
holiday i love you,
holiday i love you
oh oh oh oh
i love the SL peeps to bits. Those times we spend baking in the sun to complete the construction, meals together, makara, khorn and thida, reflections, the rat, geckos, lizards, screaming, old market, blue pumpkin, shopping, singing on the bus, holiday singing, bathing, sleeping, angkor wat, frog game, 007, Jurassic park, mafia game, cricket eating, beatocello concert, and those visits to the hospitals and orphanage. Even the stabbings, I'll keep them all in my memory.
And now that the trip is over, post-productions awaits when school reopens. The photo exhibition at ACM, presentation to the school and write-up for @loud. 3 more months till it's totally over.
i'll post the thousands (literally) of photos when i get them. Even though i know they'll take forever to upload since all is taken in high resolution.
i'm so gonna go back to cambodia next year.
We've seen it
and heard it
What can we do to stop it?
We can give,
to help them
but can we give enough?
lives are touched
and smiles are seen
it's all, in the past
We've come so far
and done so much
yet all it doesnt last.
you might want to try stabbing.
